• cargo inspections of all kinds (draft surveys, bunker, quality and quantity, damage, evaluation of loss, responsibility);
• inspection of different types of vehicles, other transport means and equipment;
• P&I, H&M, pre-purchase, on/of hire, damage surveys of different vessels and small crafts;
• pre-entry inspections of all kinds of objects, including factories, warehouses, oil and gas infrastructure, ships and cargo;
• inspections and damage surveys related to the constructions risk.

The work can be performed practically everywhere in Russia and neighboring countries, using the own staff from the offices which are located in all major Ports and Inland, so as by reliable sub-contractors.

The Head Office is located in St. Petersburg and is in charge of coordination, final reporting and invoicing.

MAIN GOAL of the Agency is to serve insurance companies, P&I Clubs and other clients as surveyors, correspondents and loss adjusters.

Our staff has an outstanding experience both in field of inspections and damage calculations regarding ships of all types, shore based objects, equipment, different cargo and vehicles.

The Agency is under command of Captain Andrey Volkun, who had been CEO of "LARS KROGIUS RUSSIA" Ltd for 18 years till November 2015 and has founded the same activity in "SOEX-NEVA" LLC ("SOYUZEXPERTIZA" Group in association with Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Russia).

The Deputy Director is Senior Surveyor Sergey Voiakin, who had been engaged in expert work since 2001 (15 years with "LARS KROGIUS" Ltd, 3 years in "Soex-Neva" LLC and from 2019 in "Agency of Experts MCB" LLC) after a successful career at sea.
